Welcome! I usher you into my second blog on my bohemian journey here on blogger after a series of unfortunate lockouts from my first blog: itisthelifebohemia.blogspot.com. I am very excited to be up and moving again in blogsphere! Following is the original welcome I had posted on the first site. Enjoy!


I prefer to smile with my eyes upon first encounters. I believe it is the most sincere ice breaker there is. It helps the "hellos" to sink in a little deeper, a little sweeter. This, of course, can be followed by literally millions of different greetings in words and gestures. Yet there seems to be nothing so universally human as the smile and the, yes I dare say it, the 'Smize'. So on this first introduction, I sit here in my breezy Bohemia smizing at you and inviting you to respond however feels the most like you. Perhaps I will learn a new word, a new mannerism, a new custom. Perhaps you are more like myself than either of us could have known and you smize in return.  By now I am definitely in a full smile!

We are crossing paths and I am unsure of how thick these paths are or how long we will stay upon them. I do not know if I will ever hear your thoughts, feel your company, or know your name -but I am open. I am open to meeting you, open to hearing you and open to feeling closer to the other souls on this globe around me. I am giving my soul leave to express itself to the winds trusting that, as Love and Adventure pour out, Love and Adventure will also come in!

So come ye Gypsies! Come ye Artists, Travelers, Astrologers, Free Spirits and Bohemians! Gather as you will and disperse as you will -and let us hope that in the Spirits of Learning and Love we come to understand one another better.
